Basic Policy:
Payment is due and payable in full at the time service is provided in our office.
For Patients with Dental Insurance:
We bill most Dental Insurance Carriers for you if proper paperwork and information are provided to our office. Copayments and deductibles are due at time of service. Since your agreement with your dental insurance carrier is a private one, We do not routinely research why a dental insurance carrier has not paid nor why they paid less than expected for your claim.
Any remaining balance not paid by your insurance is due and payable in full.
Non-Covered Service:
Any dental care not paid by your existing dental insurance will require payment in full at the time off service or upon dental insurance denial
Missed Appointments:
In fairness to our other patients, canceling with insufficient notice or not showing up at the reserved time, may result in dismissal. We try to confirm all appointments in advance to avoid any unforeseen conflicts.
